Kathleen is the Professional Reception and Secretary at Neighbourhood Legal Services. She is a graduate of the legal administrative program at Centennial College (2013). She has worked in the clinic system for over 7 years.
Kathleen is passionate about social justice and committed to providing exceptional service to all NLS clients. She trains and mentors individuals working at NLS through the Investing-In-Neighbourhoods Program. She also oversees the day to day tasks of Neighbourhood Legal Services' Pro Bono Students Ontario volunteers. As the frequent first point of contact Kathleen is often the first impression people have of Neighbourhood Legal Services. She exudes warmth and professionalism and has been invaluable to NLS for the past 5 years. |
