In order to be eligible for general membership, a person must:
a)         have an interest in the work of the clinic;
b)         be at least eighteen years of age.

If you want to become a member, download and print a copy of the Membership Form and return a completed and signed copy to us.  You can also contact us to obtain a hard copy of form.

There is a membership fee of $2. If you are low income, you can ask that it be waived. Membership does not have to be renewed annually.
