No phone? Drop In!
Please note that our drop-in hours are changing as of June 1, 2015. Please see below for our latest drop-in hours.
We offer a "drop in" service for persons who are homeless or do not have a phone and who qualify for our services. No appointment is required for the drop-in. Clients at the drop in are usually served on a first come, first serve basis. However, sometimes we might have to see a client out of turn depending on the urgency of the matter.
The nature of the drop in service means that you may have to wait for some time before someone is available to see you. We truly appreciate your patience, and we can promise that we will do our best to see you as quickly as possible.
Drop in service is available at the following times:
Housing/Landlord & Tenant/Housing Co-operative Issues:
Income Maintenance & Social Assistance (OW, ODSP, CPP & OAS):
Please note that there is no drop-in service for immigration, employment standards, employment insurance, affidavits or notarizations. If you have a legal problems in one of these areas and do not have a phone, feel free to stop by our office at any time during our office hours. You may not be able to see our legal staff immediately, but we can give you an appointment to meet someone about your issue.
