The amount of people fraudulently abusing the social assistance system is a whopping 1-4 percent. It is easy to marginalize the poor in society but the truth is, the wealthier people are the true criminals and fraudulently abuse a much higher amount of funds than the poor. I am disgusted by the ignorant comment I unfortunately read above mine. Comments are closed.
