How to Qualify - For Agencies
Agencies serving our community may also qualify to receive advice only from us in our practice areas for their own benefit or on behalf of their clients. We are also happy to provide agencies with public legal education or specific training sessions. NLS assists a number of agencies in our community. We also work closely with a number of community agencies, including with our community partners, to provide better and more integrated services for our clients.
There is no financial eligibility criteria for agencies to access our services. However, you must be:
1) a non-profit agency
2) situated within our catchment area, AND
3) engaged in assisting substantially the same potential client population as us.

What happens once you qualify?
Once the intake is complete, your information will be forwarded to one of our staff who will follow up with you by telephone.
This process can take approximately two (2) business days, though it may take less or more time depending on our caseload and the urgency of your matter.
